It's Been is a habit tracking application that allows you to:

• Create and manage personal challenges
• Set and achieve personal goals
• Organize your habits with tags and notes
• Monitor your progress and achievements

User Responsibilities

As a user of It's Been, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair the App
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the App
• Use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

Privacy and Data

It's Been is designed with privacy as a core principle:

• All your data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal information
• Your data never leaves your device
• You have complete control over your information

Pro Version and Purchases

It's Been offers a Pro version with additional features:

• Free Version: Includes up to 3 active timers and basic features
• Pro Version: One-time purchase of $4.99 for unlimited timers and advanced features
• No Subscriptions: Pro is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kai Wen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kai Wen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail.

Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to:

• Add new features or improvements
• Fix bugs or security issues
• Update the user interface
• Enhance performance

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kai Wen operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
